Aaron Bare is the co-founder of the Herozona Foundation, leads digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies, and is the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and #1 Amazon Bestselling Author of Exponential Theory: the Power of Thinking Big. Aaron is a Change Agent, a Strategic Facilitator, and a “Human Profit Center,” that has facilitated innovation and strategy in close to 100 countries and all 50 States working with Global 100 companies and Venture Backed Startups. A culmination of fifteen years of research, Exponential Theory states that when leaders think bigger, they become more conscious. Now, Aaron works to implement Exponential Theory into some of the most disruptive companies in the world. He only accepts challenging situations and likes to work with people that want to reinvent the world for good. He also promises to grow the pie for everyone, and help merge tech and business decisions so the whole team benefits.

Aaron works directly with global leaders to help them lead into the future. Leveraging some of the key insights from his book like the Rhodium Rule, Mars Shots, the New VUCA, the Emerging Tech Stack, “Thrivability,” and the Seven Universal Truths, Aaron has created a framework for the future leader. Aaron was previously Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Thunderbird Global School of Management and Singularity University at NASA Ames. He also holds a Global MBA from Thunderbird and an International MA from Indiana University.
